Experience
Jensen is a litigator, business manager, and trusted partner. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts in a wide range of disputes. In addition to his trial practice, Jensen has extensive business experience. He has managed multi-million dollar companies, negotiated contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and managed development and engineering teams. Jensen uses those skills today as a partner and advisor working with his individual and corporate clients addressing a variety of needs.
Prior to founding Mauseth Legal, Jensen was an associate with Keesal, Young & Logan. He also served as a law clerk to the Hon. Ricardo S. Martinez in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
Jensen honed his management and finance skills at the The Boeing Company. Starting in a specialized finance development program, Jensen moved throughout Boeing negotiating supplier contracts and working on large scale projects such as the 747-8. Boeing also gave Jensen the opportunity to live abroad in Casablanca, Morocco where he managed the successful turnaround of a large joint venture.

Jensen lives in Mukilteo with his wife and two sons. An avid outdoorsman, when he's not fishing, hiking, biking, or traveling, Jensen can be found skiing at Alpental as member of the Alpental Volunteer Ski Patrol.
